Recipe for Vietnamese spring rolls Hoi Ann style

Upon request the recipe for spring rolls, Hoi Ann style. "Spring rolls are nothing special and new to tourists but then you can find them in every menu in Vietnam, they are prepared in varied ways: fried, steam or fresh, and combined with seafood, chicken or pork. The different styles depend on which part of country you are on. Here we have the recipe of Hoi An spring rolls."

I INGREDIENTS;Shrimp (Prawn): 200g, Carrot: 50g, Pork: 100g, Rice paper: 15 pieces (the rice paper is the trick, it is one that can be folded without breaking), Chicken stock: 1 tea spoon, Black pepper: ½ teaspoon, Spring onion: 3 tea spoon, Garlic and ginger: 200g, oil and (soy / spring roll) sauce.

II. INSTRUCTIONS; Step 1.Chop the spring onions, garlics and gingers into small pieces. Cut the near-root spring onions into parts about 5cm. Prepare pork and shrimps. Cut pork into the pieces and take the skin of the shrimps. Season the pork and shrimps with 1 teaspoon of ginger and galics, ½ teaspoon of chicken stock and black pepper and 3 tea spoons of spring onions. After that, mix the pork and shrimps and leave them in 3 minutes for a marinade. Stir frying the pork and shrimps. Step 2. Put one rice paper on the plate. Cut the rice paper in half. Fold the half round rice paper. Take 2 spring onions, 1 shrimp and 2 porks. Put them at the bottom of the rice paper. Roll all the pork, shrimps and onions tight. Step 3. Prepare the hot oil and deep fry the rolls until it is getting a little brown. Take the spring roll and put on a racket to drain the oil.

III. EATING;Enjoy your spring rolls with the sauce or just plain.
